13. Circle Dispersal

Open the circle. If your casting was very formal, you may want to pick up the circle formally. If not, simply declare it open and say the closing blessing.

The End

After the ritual it is time for decompression. Time to share food, talk, sing, or drum. A good ritual should be a good party.

It is important that everyone contribute to the feast afterward so that no one person bears the burden. It is also important that everyone help clean up for the same reason.

"The Work of the world lies before us.

Accomplish justice, with grace.

The blessing of truth be upon us.

The power of love direct and sustain us,

and the peace of this community

preserve our going out and our coming in

from this time fourth and forever more."

The Circle is open, but unbroken,

May the peace of the Goddess

Go in our hearts,

Merry meet, and merry part,

And merry meet again.
