1) Match lineup
Include the following things:
-In the title (not subject!)  of the email include the week number and your club and your opponent's team so that I know exactly which match your sending in the formation for.
-Please include the formation you wish to use for this match
-Please include any match strategy that you wish to employ for the match
-Your lineup with positions and names
-Up to 3 subs for the match, named next to the player they will replace

-A Team Report every two weeks so I can post it on the News Wire. This is to show every manager in the league whats going on in your club, what your looking for in trades or transfers, how your clubs shaping up/improving ect ect ect.....Please keep it interesting and include all recent and finalized transactions.

-Any finaziled deals or trades (from both parties) so that  I can post them on the trade board OR they may post them directly on the trade board for review from other players to save time.

-Please Comment/reply on trades that have been posted on the trade board, tell us what you think of them, are they Fair? unfair? who is getting a better deal? should it stand or should it be VOID?

-Please Issue Press Releases whenever possible. Either on the trade board, in an email to everyone, or to me.

-Please trade or transfer freely, It will make the league much funner and interesting! As well as give you a good chance of improving your club quickly.
