The Dead Jelly Fish

It was late one February night and I had just taken my dogs outback for a walk.
I had been thinking about the fact that it was around this time that my mother and I had, had to force my now deceased brother Ralph to go to the hospital and how he had wanted to go home but my mother and I would not give him the key to get back into his apartment.
I became sad, so I did then as I often do when I start to feeling down I go outside and "Throw it into the sky," as I call it.
In other words I just go out and look into the skies and let my thoughts wander this always makes me feel better.
Unfortunate for me when I stepped out side though crystal clear it was freezing and I went back in to stand at the doorway of the basement.
As I stood at the foot of the basement stairs waiting for my dogs I was told,
" Look above your head."
I stepped out on to the stairs and looked up and saw something slowly rotating
directly over my building.
It looked like an elongated dead jelly fish for it was solid but semitransparent at points but at others it seemed opaque or a faint filmy white in others.
It did remind me of a crooked balloon one of those long ones.
"It's a balloon," I said to my self "That or a blown up condom."
I was ready to dismiss it at that but for the reason that it was absolutely stationary on such a breezy night other than its rotation it did not move at all.
Then I said to myself,
" Maybe it is a piece of clear plastic on a spider web and its closer to me than I think it is."
So I came up out of the basement and stepped in to the yard and squinted and
moved from side to side to see how it's position change relative to the house.
Then I finally said "It has to be something on a spider web."
But then I thought,"Wait a minute it was mid winter where the hell would a spider web come from at this time?"
There had been several heavy snow storms in the weeks before this happened and so if it was a spider web it would have had to been brought down by ice, wind, rain or snow before then.
That was when the object suddenly as if it became unmoored began to move to the south.
"Good I thought the strand had broken and I expected the plastic thing to become entangled in the branches of the tree at the end of my yard.
Instead the object passed over the tree and only then did I realize how big this
object had to be as I watched it twirling off like a boomerang in slow motion turning clockwise as it slowly went.
At that point I could see the object had been very high up in the sky and so was enormous.
The larger picture that I have made of this object shows the exact size that the
object appeared to me from the ground.
I believe this thing to have been a Nont, though I got the feeling that this one was sick, dieing, or dead.
