The time so quickly does it pass
They're growing up like weeds
Before you know it they will be
Old enough to leave

You will wonder every day
Where did all the time go
How could it speed by you so fast
As you watched them grow

You will always hope that you
Have done the very best
To teach your children everything
They'll need to pass life's tests

If you have given all the love
And courage that you can
You will know that you have raised
A fine young woman or man
