Stepping out wear. Cassock worn casually over cardigan and corduroys. The cassock is black but you can promote your Vicar to Bishop by colouring it in purple. Leave the Cassock grey and add a beard and you have a Methodist.

Eucharistic vestments as seen on Sundays. The top half or Chasuble is essential wear for Holy Communion. Both it and the scarf or Stole change in colour with the Church year.

White (with gold go faster stripes) for Christmas, Easter and Ascension.

Red for Whitsunday and martyrs.

Purple in Lent and Advent.

Green for other days, if in doubt colour him green.

Choir dress, handy for Matins or when the Eucharistic vestments are at the cleaners.

The long shirt or surplice is always white so don't colour that in.
