Hi My name is Fredrik and I am Agneta's son. I am just writing to let you know that Agneta passed away yesterday in the hospital. She has been very tired the last month and she didn't have the strength to write any emails. But I know that she valued her email friend very much and we spoke about writing but she ran out of time. She was diagnosed with cancer in the colon and the liver the day before new year and she was told that there was no cure. From that point she got more and more sick until she moved to the hospital 7 days ago. She was never in much pain but was very tired all the time. My father and I was with her when she passed away quietly. I am writing this to let you know that my mother thought of you and intended to write but everything went very fast in the end. I want to thank you for being her friend and I know that she cared for you very much. She often spoke of you as a close and dear friend of her even if you have never met.
