Words for an Angel

One day I open my door and much to my surprise 
An Angel looked upon me with the most beautiful brown eyes
And as her gentle lips spoke –
Her voice made the sound of a thousand harps in Heaven
Making my heart beat in multiple of seven 
Then she smiled –
And lit up a place that had been dark for so many years
And at the same time it filled with fear

But how do you greet an Angel

I spoke so many unspoken words
So many things I wished that she could have heard
But I was frozen by the beauty that she holds within 
I knew right then that we had to be more then friends

But how do you talk to an Angel

How do I say
If you only give me the chance 
I promise I’ll do the very best that I can
Although I can’t promise everything you want I’ll give
But I’ll promise you that everything in my reach I will
I promise to be there for you and only you
And everything I do is for you and only you
I promise to help us grow in heart and soul together
And I’ll promise that this is for you now and forever

But how do you tell this to an Angel
