Why do Angels Hide?

Why do angel hide?
In desolation they cry
For sweet solace of the sky.
With silver wings they fly
Down from Heaven's eye.

Why do angel hide?
Crysal tears along cherub cheeks
Seeing pain and sorrow in city streets.
Wings bound by mortal guise
only seen from the corner of the eyes.

Why do angel hide?
Only known by their singing
Sing now to the mother for an ending.
Rise up and sing an end to sorrowing.
Touch all hearts with vocal blessing.

Why do angel hide?
Unbind your wings and fly
Beyond the celestial sky.
Rise up to the eternal eye
Raise your voice in freedom's cry
