Our Galilee trip was fantastic in every way (well, not
counting Monica's broken arm). Our 8-day trip included 6 nights at En Gev
on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Still, it wasn't enough time!
What were the trip highlights? Everyone seems to have different favorites,
but here are a few pictures of the fun times we had.

Amy and Stacey jumped in for a swim next to
Herod's harbor at Caesarea. |
Sarah stayed dry and watched the others. From this
angle it almost looks like she's standing on the water. |
Anna's thing was to climb up and down the
modern harbor walls. |
That night at our hostel on Mt. Carmel, we played
cards. Jake deals out a game. |
One of the games we played was
"Spoons." You can tell that Kim had quicker hands on
this one. |
Over in another corner, Josh and Andrew played guitar
together while others sang along. |
Our second day ended with a spectacular view
from the Arbel Cliffs. |
Then we climbed down Arbel. This is a view of the
steepest part of the climb. |
This is nothing for these guys. In case
you're wondering, the guy with the sexy legs is Preston. Pat, Josh
and Wendy are more subdued. |
Brett and Leo reach for the footholds as they
climb down. |
When we got to the bottom, Megan and Kim were the first to
grab the driver's seat of the school van. |
Josh and Grace sat together on the Galilee
trip. This means nothing, ya know. :-) |
Brian and Kim here enjoy the bus ride across the Golan
Heights. Brian likes to type his notes up on the bus rides. |
Luke and Jake found a comfortable place to sit in the
synagogue at Corazin. |
Killer sunset on our way back to the lake
from the Golan Heights. |
They all begged to stop to get a picture and so we did. |
