These runes have been at the center of the Bay Bridge murders. They where carved in to the back of the victems. They have also be discovered at an old viking tomb in England. There is some kind of connection between these runes and the "Three armed shadow". This warrior of darkness is responsable for the recent death of agent Powls of the Foundation and for several attacks on other Foundation agents.
Recent ivestigation has reveiled that these runes are part of a summoning ritural for the "Shadow Warriors". Aside from the murders on the bay bridge, these runes are found around "Shadow Warrior" nests. One nest was recently captured in a Foundation raid and extensive research is under way. If you should encounter these runes anywhere, inform Foundation HQ immediatlly.
This is the "Three Armed Shadow" that is responsable for the death of Agent Powls. This creature exsist in the astral plane however it is able to matiralize in the real world. The creature has several forms. The first is a ten foot tall enbodyment of terror. The creature has an eyeless head with a mouth bearing a row of razor sharp teeth. It has two arms mounted on it's shoulders and a third arm protuding from it's chest. Each arm then divides at the elbow into three forearms. Each hand mounts a trio of claws. The creature has three spider like legs which it uses to "Walk" in astral space. The creature is wrapped in a black oily skin that clings tightly to the bones producing a skelital look. This form has only been seen in astral space.
The second form is a black slime. It seems to be able to move about in a nearly liquid state flowing beneath doors and sliding though air vents. The form has super-natural speed and amazing reflexes. This form has been seen in both the astral and matrial planes.
This creature can only be injuried by psionic attacks or by speical weapons. Such weapons are blessed weapons and ammo (by any holy man of any religion), Holy water, and silver. Crosses and holy symbols DO NOT EFFECT THIS CREATURE!!! This creature may not enter specially warded areas. HOLY GROUND DOES NOT EFFECT THIS CREATURE!!!
There seems to be more than one of the entities. So far two have been destroyed but each of these entities refered to a "General". Worshippers of the "Three Armed Shadow" made an attack on Foundation's San Francisco office. All though they were repulsed this brought the Foundations operations in the San Francisco area dangerously close to the public eye.
Investigations have lead to the conculsion that these creatures are the front line soldiers for a demonic army trying to enter our world. The leader of this army is a creature named "Vangaurd". These creature house themselves in lairs or nest, which can be located anywhere. The nests are lined with a black spiderwed like material, with the bodies of there victims mixed in. If a nest if found, inform Foundation HQ IMMEDITALLY.
This runes is used to mark the territory of a creature known as a "Ghoul". Ghouls travle in packs and are extremlly powerful at night but, weaken during the day time. Ghouls are lead by a master, destroying the master destroys the subsevent ghouls. If you encounter one of these Runes inform Foundation HQ ASAP.
This is Ruinick, a "Weretiger". Ruinick is fixer of the Super-natural underworld and isn't considered a threat to Foundation opperations. He has refused to enter sercive with the Foundation but has aided us on several occasions by providing magical weapons for Foundation agents. He is a known user of magic and has powerful illusionary powers.
Alpha is the owner of the Dancing Ground and is also the leader of the largest werewolf pack ever discovered by the Foundation. The Foundation has allowed Alpha to procced with is opperations as long as he allows the Dancing Ground to be used by Foundation Agents as a safe house. Alpha in the most powerful werewolf ever encountered by the Foundation. He also has the ablity of using magic making him even more powerful. We at the Foundation believe however that Alpha will prove to be a most valuable ally.
A large "Werewolf" pack has been found opperating out of a downtown club known as the "Dancing Ground". The Dancing Ground is protected by powerful wards that prevent any violent cations from taking place within the club's walls. A recent pact has been arranged with the werewolves allowing them to continue ther opperations while allowing Foundation agents use the Club as a safe house. The werewolves have refused to join the Foundation in hope of remaining a nutrual force in the city. They have however aided in the raid against a "Shadow Warrior" nest allowing us to capture the area. Foundation Agents are to take no agressive actions against the werewolves unless provoked.
A group of "Werepathers" have been trying to smuggle in some type of magical narcotic. The nature of this narcotic is as of yet still unknown. Foundation agents are to be on the look out for any of these creature and dettain them if possible. They are considered extreamlly dangerous and should be dealt with causiouly.
"Only in San Francisco can two lab mice and thier werekitty sidekick plot to take over the world, a werewolf own a dance club, and your dinner date grow wings and fly away." - Agent Lungren. An enity currently named Angel delivered information about the three armed shadow to one of our agents over dinner. After discovering her supernatural nature Agent Lungren chased the angel to the top of the Sheraton Hotel. When he cornered her on the roof she grew wings and flew away. We believe the angel to be the Three Armed Shadow's good counerpart. All agents should be on the look out for the Angel and aid it in any way you can. For mages of the Foundation, the presance of the angel increases the mana level of the area she is in.
Once again we believe that the angel is a entity of good and rightiousness. She should be dealt with in a peaceful manner. DO NOT PULL A GUN ON HER. She is an exstremly powerful creature and will defend herself in the most lethal way.
This creature has been Identified as "Vangaurd". Little is known about this creature other than it is the leader of the "Shadow Warriors". It has only been seen once near the Bay Bridge. Any information on the creature should be reported ASAP
