As in other
scenarios, the following is an example of how this table is used:
Example: Your Russian T34/76, with an 76mm
gun was just hit, at a range of 65 inches, by a German PzIVF2, 75mm shell. It hit
your front bottom, but did not penetrate. Returning fire, you roll a 41% (percentile
dice). You needed a 46% to hit, so you got a hit!. If your target had, had a smaller
(ex.-5) modifier, it would have been a miss. With a single die (roll of 2), you determine
that you have hit the PzIV's "Front Turret". At this range, the 76mm shell
penetrates 78 mm. He only has 50 mm on his front turret. You roll a 56 (two
percentile dice) to determine damage. You have smoked the PzIv! Congratulations!
