#toronto is a channel that is much like #canadian, it even shares alot of it's regulars! This channel does however serve best for the citizens of Toronto and surrounding communities. HOWEVER!!! Don't get me wrong! Like most channels, people from outside that region are just as welcome as anyone! I wouldn't consider myself a regular there, but the times that I have been there, I would consider as good times!

#toronto has a good backbone to it's setup, and the topic is pretty much always open, so people speak liberally there as well. From what I have seen, this channel holds frequent "In person" reunions, unlike some channels. This I would consider as a plus, actually meeting the people that you talk to each night! In all I would say that #toronto is a godd channel well worthy of it's registration with X :)
