I would like to give my thanks to different people that had
inspired me during the creation of this document, back in 1996. First, to Mrs. Lisa Rodríguez in
California, since her "Clase Bilingüe" opened my eyes to the possibilities that
this medium would offer to us in Illinois.
Also, to Mrs. Marilyn Healy, for offering
me and other teachers at C.M. Bardwell Elementary (in which I taught
Kindergarten for six years) and introductory training on the
Internet at Fermilab in Batavia (IL). To Mr. Ed Brouch, for facilitating us the use of a
digital camera to take the students' pictures.
