Rebecca Lynn Howard, from Eastern Ky, began singing at an early age.  She received her first major recording deal at 18.  Very creative and artistic, Rebecca writes songs for herself as well as others to record.  Her newest songs are" When My Dreams Come True" and "Out Here In The Water."
