Unfinished
No worldly noise is heard,
The walls are thick and strong,
Everyone clothed in white,
Come join the happy throng.
Precious truths are given
To those who dare tread
In the holy temple,
There to be spiritually fed.
Work is ever unfinished
The names endless seem,
Till every soul is set free
And our work done, I deem.
But millions wait in darkness,
Most the truth have heard
And accepted it’s teaching,
Want to be free like a bird.
Only we as worthy members
Can serve these fellow men
Who lived and died in darkness,
It could be us, not them
That wait for the time appointed
From our bonds be freed
By our children’s children,
Oh, blessed happy seed.
Go and set a soul free
From the prison dark,
Go dress in white and learn
As on good works you embark.
Then many will call you blessed,
Many praise your name,
Souls who cannot for themselves
Their eternal goals ever gain.
