More poems about myself and Temples

        ENTERING THE TEMPLE
When you enter into the temple turn from earthly thought,
Tune your mind to serving and the wisdom Jesus taught,
The weather does not matter, let it snow, rain or sunshine,
Just let you heart dwell on all things celestial and divine.

When you enter the temple cast all your troubles away,
Let sweet peace and contentment in your tired heart stay,
Let sweet healing balm cause all worry and pain to cease,
Feel within these sacred walls God’s overwhelming peace.

When you enter the temple do not mention war or evil things,
Bask in the serenity that only God’s house can to us bring,
Yes we can pray for peace, but not on hate and conflict dwell,
But let our hearts with love and gratitude to God always swell.

As we enter the temple let our hearts be open, free from evil be,
So that the Holy Spirit can come and dwell deep within me,
Be so spiritually fed until each cup with joy does overflow
And so be lovingly renewed as into the world we have to go.
