WAITING ON THE OTHER SIDE
I am sure the prophets through the ages
Are very busy at this important time,
In the spirit world both young and sages
Are all waiting in many a very long line.

For Nauvoo temple’s going to be dedicated
Not many of them would this want to miss,
Temple recommends from leaders are needed
So they can watch in great wonder and in bliss.

I can just imagine the chatter as they all wait,
Saints that struggled and watched the first grow,
Telling of their endowment day and the cruel hate
That caused the destruction so many years ago.

I hope the veil will be very thin on that glorious day,
When in the Nauvoo temple again He may dwell,
My heart is already rejoicing and I want to say,
That now may be the time to sing, ALL IS WELL.
