        FOLLOWED BY BLESSINGS
If we serve in the temple as often as we can,
Fulfill the work that is part of the great plan,
If we feel of the spirit and so grow day by day,
The Lord will bless us in His own special way.

We will be followed by blessings on the way home
We may not see them not even know they come,
We will be endowed with innumerable blessings
So many that we radiate love and our heart sings.

Treasures in heaven will be mounting up high,
Though we may not see them as the days go by,
But sometimes earthly blessings come our way,
Something special to brighten up a troublesome day.

But let us go to the temple, not blessings to gain,
But to ease others sorrow, suffering and pain,
As we serve we will grow in knowledge and love,
This should be blessing enough to guide us above.

But the Lord in His love blesses us much more,
His goodness and mercy on us continually to pour,
We will feel of His love as we continue to serve,
Know of the great love that our God has conferred.
