THOUGHTS ON FOREVER FAMILIES

What a precious, wonderful thought this is,
What sweet joy it brings, what great bliss,
For my family means so very much to me.
I want them with me now and for eternity.

So I’ll visit the temple often, go all the time,
For the blessings therein are yours and mine,
Waiting there to be gathered in open arms,
It gives sweet peace within and forever calms.

None of the temples should ever be empty
These lovely edifices built so grand and stately,
Built so as to save both the living and the dead,
So why don’t we go and so be spiritually fed?

A testimony is a precious things to treasure,
It is a possession that will last forever,
But if we don’t attend the temple, work to do,
Will it last in our hearts all our lives through?

Stop and look at the family gathered all around,
See each loving face and the joy that is found,
That is what all the many temples are all about,
Temples are for forever families, without a doubt.
