ORGANIZATION AND DELEGATION
Some people find organizing things a breeze,
Get everything done with what appears great ease,
But there is always a lot of true earnest prayer
As anyone knows who organizes and plans with care.
No detail however small must be forgotten,
Yet at that time you could have the flu, feeling rotten,
But you do your very best and then trust in the Lord,
Remember the power and strength of His word.
But true organization always needs another skill,
The art of delegation, remember Moses stubborn will?
To do it all yourself the strongest of us it could over come,
Then it is good to have others join in all the fun.
Have trust in others that you delegate work to do,
Have the leadership skills to quietly follow through,
To some delegation is hard but for growth it must be done,
Through this the wisdom of others will be known and won.
Trust in the Lord, trust in each dear loved one and friend,
Then on true organizational skills you can always depend.
Never think I can do it all by myself, don’t need anyone,
Thinking that, how can eternal glory to you ever come?
Remember the creation ? And how well God delegated,
He did not worry how it would be done, get all agitated,
But organized His plan and then with others did share,
Together made this magnificent world of ours with loving care.
Organize, plan, delegate to others and always pray to God above,
This is the only way to follow God’s wisdom, show of His love,
You know He will be with you and He’ll be right there,
For you have followed His plan with purpose and sweet prayer.
