LET ME IN
Let Me in, His voice calls to a cold heart,
Let Me in to warm you so you can do your part,
All you have to do is open up and let Me in
So I can soften a cold heart and free you from sin.
Let Me heal you, then show you the better way,
Why suffer all alone through many a dismal day
Come let Me wipe those tears, so you may smile
With My arms round you, there’ll be joy all the while.
Let Me hold your hand to guide your wandering feet,
Let humility and love grow as in kindness you all greet,
Let Me hold your hand let My great love flow through,
Come, hold My hand and My voice will be close to you.
Let Me feed you with the bread of life, so feed your soul,
Be spiritually fed by Me, then you’d be completely whole,
Drink also of My living water, learn of all My ways,
And then you will be a bright guiding light all your days.
Let Him in, let Him heal, feed and guide you every day,
So become more like Him then you’ll choose the better way,
Think of all the blessings that knowing Him will bring,
However hard and dark the path your heart will ever sing.
