BE YE ONE
“ Therefore be ye one as the Father and I are one”
Jesus said knowing the work that had to be done,
He was speaking to His followers one special day,
I wonder what other words not written He did say?

Be ye one means unity, the same goal for all,
Staying strong in love whatever may befall,
Having one great purpose, one sweet eternal aim,
To spread gospel light, free all from sin and pain.

It means we have to improve as through life we go,
For He also taught us, that we reap what we sow,
So to be one with Jesus and His Father up above,
We should always fill our lives with His eternal love.
