CHRISTMAS WISHES FOR BRIAN
Happy Christmas Brian, dearest husband of mine,
It matters not if the snow falls or the wind does whine,
We are together with our family together in sweet love
A few days over the holiday preparing for heaven above.
I hope we all work together as a big happy family,
Soon to have a brand new baby to bounce on our knee,
As well as a loving family, another thing I wish for you
Is better health and strength as the next year starts anew.
I want to let you know however steep the path may be,
I’ll be always close beside you, and together we will see
Many a Christmas time, with the family close at hand,
Along with our friends who also love and understand.
We have a love that people notice, a love that shines bright
And I hope I’ll never be the cause of it losing it’s light.
Take my heart and hold it warm and close to your side,
For whatever trials may come that love I can never hide.
Be happy my darling let your eyes sparkle bright again,
Let me help you, let me hold your hand through ice and rain,
Wrapped in the warmth of love, and together everything share,
No obstacle can part us, for we have a love few can compare.
Happy Christmas Brian, and a happy, healthy, holy new year,
I’ll be there beside you to hold your hand and wipe away a tear,
We are one my darling, sealed together to dwell in heaven above
And no earthly or evil power can ever destroy that eternal love.
