RETURN WITH HONOUR
As we live our life this should be our aim,
To return with honour, always play a fair game,
Be honest in our dealings, go the extra mile,
Greeting the problems of this life with a smile.

Do a goodly deed to someone who is in need
Of your kindness, some hungry spirit feed
With a pure light that will always shine bright,
Return with honour, any time of the day or night.

What does it take to be ready to be called home, to die?
Have we wisely used the talents given us from on high?
Is this world a better place because of us, in a small way?
Would we return with honour if we were called home today?

Let us today stop and take stock of how we do stand
On the path as if returning with honour to God’s land,
Are our feet firmly planted? Seeking gifts of the spirit
That will help us one day heaven’s great blessings merit.

Let us not stray from the honourable path that’s right,
The way is sure, but narrow, but filled with pure light.
Find the talents, do the deed’s as through life you roam
That show you how to return with honour back home.
