HUMANS BEINGS
From a thought by Brigham Young
The least, the most inferior person now upon the earth is worth worlds.
If one deprived soul could realize his great value,
Could find that divine spark that he once knew,
Raise himself above the evil that envelopes him,
And strive for forgiveness, freedom from sin.
One person, an outcast from family and friend,
Know that our God will love him without end,
Feel for the hand of friendship God offers everyone,
Look upward to the light when a new day has begun.
The beggar who has lost all he ever owned or had
For whatever reason, should try not to be sad,
But remember the value of being Gods child,
And this, just a trial to work at with a smile.
Rich or poor, well known or not recognizable,
Every human that will ever be born is able
With humble prayer, faith and sweet hope
With every situation place before us to cope.
For we are the spiritual offspring of deity,
And are of great worth, I wish they could see
Just what the Lord has in store for His children,
The crown of glory and the bright home in heaven.
