A FRAGILE THING
A newborn dream is a fragile thing,
It needs food to grow and so bring
To reality a fully fledged precious prize
That only dreams can ever realize.
A dream that falls like a single snowflake
Onto the cold ground will never ever make
It unless it is worked upon is some way,
Otherwise it will melt in the heat of the day.
If you have a dream you can make it come true,
Or forget it then moan your whole life through,
Dreams build personality, make you who you are,
So take a newborn dream let it be your guiding star.
It may take a little while or a whole life through
To realise the dream created deep inside of you.
If the dream is good then never cease trying
To make it become a reality make life worth living.
