SONNET 55 CHAIN
        3rd SONNET FREE
To run free like birds when morning they greet,
Feel wind in your hair, the sun on your face,
To escape human traps of the rat race
That every day we seem we have to meet.
To run through waves or sand in your bare feet,
Run arms outstretched the quick seagull to chase,
Stop, play with your children so full of grace,
Is work the great cause of ourselves to cheat
Of the best things in this life? Take the heat
Ask for a little time off, go someplace,
You’ll put a smile on the family’s face,
As all of you the high tide try to beat.
Set yourself quite free for a week or two,
See all the blessing that will come to you.
