LIGHTS
Keep a little light shining,
Try and be a silver lining
For someones dark day,
Guiding them the right way.
Be a star on a dark night,
Be a strong beacon bright,
Even a candle in darkness
May some ones life bless.
A song may light the way,
A hug for one gone astray,
A smile will cheer a heart,
A wave could do its part.
It need not be big things
That the pure light brings,
But little acts of kindness,
Not large things to impress,
Be a candle burning bright
In some ones lonely night,
Be a beacon to guide the way
To those who have gone astray.
Be the face that always smiles,
Helping others oer hard miles,
Be the hug or the helping hand
To steer folks from sinking sand.
