WE NEED TO LOVE
We need to love so we grow a little every day,
We need to love to show others a better way,
For love is a gift given free to all mankind,
No better tool to be Godlike could we ever find.

As we grow in light and true love, more will come our way,
Everyone will benefit as true love is our strength and stay
This love will be unlimited as we understand it’s power,
Not only loving all mankind but every beast, tree and flower,

For love, like a light, can brighten a darkened place,
Love can with a kindly word put a smile on a sad face,
Love can heal when all other treatments have failed,
Turn a heart away from sin as true love is displayed.

The power in a tender true loving heart is so strong
That it can turn someone to right from choosing wrong,
Love can with a tender touch of a trembling hand
Lead a soul to build on a rock instead of sinking sand,

Never underestimate the great power of pure true love,
This is placed in a human heart from our God up above
To fulfill each others needs as we sojourn here below,
Building love ever stronger that we’ll never want to let it go
