JOURNEY HOME
When we turn at North Bay, its the last leg home,
Over the last couple of days down south we did roam,
On the last leg of the journey there are things to look for,
Signs taking us nearer to our own welcome front door.
The first point is the turn off when we go to Sudbury,
Then name and count all the many lakes we can see,
Eventually comes dear Tamagony now an hour gone by
Late a wonderful abandoned motel catches our eye.
Closely following this is tiny Latchford by a big dam
Soon through, then the Book Shop, pass it if you can,
Then the turn off we take a drive of beauty and delight
In a short time, at last, our home comes into sight.
