More poems about Temptation.

        NOTHING WRONG
Do we ever think we have done no wrong
Just been normal followed the crowd along?
Some little thing that does not matter at all,
It will not hurt us, bring on some great fall.

No one will know if we do not go and tell,
It’s between me and the Lord, oh well
Things are too strict to follow all the time,
And I am not committing some awful crime.

If these thoughts creep into my befuddled head
I will have to stop and get spiritually well fed,
It is Satan trying to pull at our little strings,
Manipulate us to sin over the small things.

But a sin is a sin be it very great or quite small,
Satan does not care how he helps us to fall,
But always be aware of the tricks he may use
And stop and with a prayer his tempting refuse.
