LAUDAURE BENADETARE PREDICARE
VERITAS

When at school years ago this motto was
hard to understand,
We knew what it meant and thought it
rather grand,
But to practice it I could not do for the truth
I had not found,
Not an easy thing to find, it’s not just lying
on the ground.
I married and started a family, a knock came
to my door
There stood two young men, dripping on my
nice clean floor,
They told us of the restoration and light
shone everywhere
And there was a special feeling found in
the quiet air.
At last the truth was found that showed
us the only way
To return to Heavenly Father be with Him
one special day
Now that motto I understand and loudly
will ever proclaim,
As we will bless, praise and preach truth of
His holy name.
