A DAY IN THE TEMPLE
Being in the temple there is a feeling
of delight,
A spiritual gift that gives us pure
sweet light,
A feeling of comfort like a big
blanket warm,
An arm of loving strength keeps us
from harm.
Serenity calms the heart and heals
the soul.
Spiritually fed until we feel
quite whole.
No worldly worries ever seem to dim
the mind
And a closeness to the Master you always
can find.
A precious peace sweeps right
over you,
Heavenly thoughts flow gently right
through,
To let you know He is not very
far away,
Like a healing hand stretched out as
you pray.
So sweet is the feeling as upward to try
every to aim
Freeing us from heartache and deep hurt
and pain.
Then take that feeling home when the
time is done,
And then many struggles and battles will be
ever won.
