        YE ARE TEMPLES OF GOD
Our bodies are temples wherein the holy spirit may dwell,
And should be kept pure and clean for he can soon tell
When evil and unclean things are by us invited in,
We should always remember the spirit can’t be with sin.

“Ye are the Temple of God,’ and so in His image made,
A gift given to all mankind, don’t let it’s beauty fade,
Stay pure, clean and unspotted in every single way,
For this temple we will have to return to show one day.

Free from evil thoughts, and no immorality ever found,
Free from cruelty and accusations that are all around,
Free from harmful things, avoid all we should not take,
We wouldn’t carry slime or filth or dirty a home make.

Take back to God a temple still clean and shining like new,
Be willing to keep this treasure pure that was given to you.
We cannot take riches or fortune, fame or earthly treasure
All we’ll have is knowledge and purity in good measure.
