NEW YEAR THOUGHTS
A New Year is coming, what will come our way,
Will the blessings continue to flow day by day?
Will we stay true and endure well to the end,
Will the Lord still on us be able to ever depend?
We do not know what will happen in days to come,
But if we strive hard and say, “His will be done”,
Sorrow or sadness, maybe joy and laughter too,
We will try to do our best all the year through.
May the blessing of truth and light shine ever bright,
May His hand lead us so we want to choose the right,
Through the sunshine and the cloudy days may we be
Treading the path that will lead us to heaven eternally.
