HEARTFELT FEELINGS
Sometimes words are hard to find when your heart breaks in two,
And my dear friend Lacee my tender heart just bleeds for you,
There is a path we have to follow a hard road we need to take,
For the cruel refiners fires of us brilliant gold to surely make.

When our little girl of four died in my aching arms I felt
That nothing could heal the pain, then our hearts did melt,
For as we knelt in prayer His caring covered with His love
And we knew she would be ours to rear in heaven above.

The promise is so very sure that if we will worthy be,
We will have our dear lost children for all eternity.
And then I think of the Master in His great Gethsemane,
Suffering all alone, for all of God’s vast humanity.

Our Gethsemane’s have folks there who love and care,
Willing their comfort and compassion to willingly share,
You have the support of those you love, Jesus was all alone,
Waiting there and weeping with you on His celestial throne.

Thank God for the blessing of the harsh refiners fire,
For He knows what of you He does need and require,
Remember the gifts of heaven, for your forever family,
And feel His love embrace you and heal for all eternity.
