CANDY SHOPPE
Homeward bound on the busy highway eleven
The other month we found a little candy heaven,
Bins and bins of candy that are often hard to find,
Lots of chocolate bars and other things of every kind.
The lady behind the counter is as pleasant as can be,
For the laughter and great smile all come quite free,
You cannot help but be jolly is such a happy place,
The dolly mixtures and ginger put a smile on my face.
You should see the size of the gob-stoppers that are there,
They would last at least five years taking them everywhere,
There are too many to mention in this poem of mine today,
But please call in, dont worry about calories you take away.
Southbound there is one as well where warm drinks are found
Well stop for a hot chocolate when we are Toronto bound.
Next time we look for other things that are packed inside
They will even deliver your stuff if that far you cannot ride.
