FOR PATRICIA AND DENISE
Because you have been faithful in following His ways
And been so kind, forgiving and humble all your days,
Followed the Master’s example tried to stay free from sin,
Into God’s holy house you may now both quietly enter in.
Feel the greatness of His love, as you are taught with care
The things you need to know to enter into heaven so fair,
Do not worry if the promises are not at first very clear,
Many times you both may enter into His home so dear.
You serve so willingly at home, church and community,
And for these actions you will be with God for eternity,
The blessing of the temple will help you more understand
All the gifts that for us all God has so very wisely planned.
One day others of the family may the sweet truth find,
And you can be sealed together and in great love bind
You as one big family, and I am almost sure pets as well
In heaven just like on earth will peacefully, ever dwell.
God bless you on your special day, God is by your side
As well as friends from church, their love cannot hide,
Feel the spirit and grow in strength and sweet testimony,
For in God’s holy house His goodness flows fast and free.
