More poems about Gratitude.

        THANK YOU COOKIES
We are told to count our blessings and that includes you,
Those who serve and get no thanks for everything they do,
Those who fight fires save lives and never count the cost,
The police who guard and also risk life and some are lost.

The ambulance drivers who come when needed, fast as can be,
Get people breathing again quickly get them to hospital safely.
The people in the postal service sorting out the mass of mail
And all the work and effort that that great system does entail.

You are great blessings that we should count every day
And here are some cookies to brighten you along the way
As you serve without too many thanks, we just see you there
And as we count your blessing we’ll remember you in prayer
