JUST RIGHT
We were looking for an Irish gift for our
lovely daughter in law,
But there was not one thing found , not one
item in any store
That would really fill the need for that very
special little gift,
Then a friend came to visit, the thing she carried
gave us a lift.
A lovely shamrock plant as healthy and pretty
as it could be,
We thanked her for her kindness it meant a lot
to us you see,
For now we could share part of this gift with a
member of the family,
The perfect present for a very pretty Irish lass
and set us free
From searching for an Irish prize, this was just
right in every way,
And we hope that both plants will survive
for many a long day.
