FOR MOM
Farewell dear wife, mother, grandma, we will all miss you so,
We loved you for who you were and the love you did show,
A mate and companion for dad and gave life to five of us.
I know you would want us to cope well, without a fuss.
A great grand-daughter she leaves, she’ll still be proud
As more will come to join our family’s happy crowd,
One day we will meet again and joy comes our way
As the true nature of mom will shine bright on that day.
We will miss you but our true love will ever stay,
Let good memories flow so this is not a sad day,
Let love grow ever stronger and let her forever be
In our hearts and minds and part of our sweet family.
