COURAGE
It is not always easy to go and choose the right,
Have the courage to serve Him with all your might,
To stand alone when all around choose the other way,
We need courage every moment of every long day.
Heroism is just like enduring well to the very end
Follow the Master’s teaching and on His arm depend,
Courage to say no when temptations come close by,
Say a little prayer that these things will pass you by.
Stand firm knowing that courage will not fail you,
For He is on your side holds you up, sees you through,
Have the strength to turn away when evil seems strong,
Courage held onto and faith will not lead you to do wrong.
Press forward e ver onward toward all truth and light,
Hold onto the iron rod with all your strength and might,
Be a hero for the Master and try not to let Him down,
And one day courage will turn into a glorious crown.
