DOING A JIG
As we drove along the lake the waves
a jig did dance,
Lightly over the water they seemed to
skip and prance
The sun joining in the fun each movement
made bright,
You wanted to stop and so join in with
all your might.
The wind whipped about, the large lake
danced with glee,
And as we turned the corner a wonderful
sight we did see,
For the ripples were alight with the
laughing sun shine,
A moment to be remembered in this
heart of mine.
