ATTENDING MEETINGS
There are some sisters that seem to like to sit and chat,
I want to assure you there is nothing wrong with that,
But when we are in meetings and teachers are prepared
There are many important things that need to be shared.
We need to support each other, show how much we care
As knowledge and wisdom as sisters we can all share,
We need to be spiritually fed on His holy Sabbath day
So please come to Relief Society, be blest in a special way.
Come, be as one, we sisters in our very own Relief Society,
Gather in sweet love and caring, help gain eternal harmony,
We all need words of wisdom, we need to be all as one,
Let us follow the dear Master and say ‘Thy will be done.’
How do you think a teacher feels when some sit outside?
Maybe hurt feeling she is often and willing tries to hide,
We are kindly asked that all our meetings to always attend,
Then we will find the hidden blessings He will ever send.
