VICTORIA WEEKEND
It’s Victoria week end, the weather is grand,
At least the forecast says across this fair land
Friday through Sunday all will be warm and fine,
Even have a picnic or a BBQ and outside dine.
Monday, the real holiday, they are nor really sure,
They say that rain showers may down on us pour,
I hope they are wrong and the weather will cooperate,
For all those who are camping the wet weather hate.
The first real holiday weekend that we can have fun
Outdoors, let us hope the nice weather will have won
And folks who went away to cottage or to camp
Will not return disillusioned or feeling rather damp.
