PEARLS OF WISDOM
In the scriptures pearls of great wisdom
we can claim,
Priceless treasures worth so much more
than earthly fame,
Pearls of knowledge that will not dim or
dull with age
And need not be protected by a safety box
or locked cage,
The value of the pearls increase as you them
with those around,
The more you learn and study the more
jewels are found.
These are the treasures that you can take
to heaven above,
These are the jewels that nurture god’s
great divine love.
I pray that when I am called home He’ll
accept each gathered jewel,
And pray that I may strive to live by
His Golden rule.
