A TRIBUTE TO JEFF
Many have to struggle hard along the path of life,
Suffer pain and hardship, overcome cruel strife,
But Jeff you are a marvel and your family too,
I don’t know how you managed to pull through.
So many operations and things that went wrong,
Such a lot of pain and suffering as you go along
Life’s way, yet you are cheerful, love to have fun
And example of fortitude as many battles you won.
A precious child, a special spirit from heaven above,
Watched, nurtured and cared for by family with love,
And heavenly Father knows you, knows you by name,
Having read about you I will never be the same.
An example of strength and never wanting to give in,
Has, I’m sure, helped many to overcome a pain within,
Given many the strength needed to endure to the end
And so my sincere congratulations to you I freely send.
Continue to overcome the trials that will come your way,
Be a guiding star maybe to those who go quite far astray,
For they see the trials you and your family have overcome,
For you will never truly know the great good you have done.
