RELIEF SOCIETY FRIENDSHIP
We sisters bound as one in our Relief Society
Can be friends quite special for all eternity,
The kind of friendship that will never end,
The kind of friendship we can all depend.
There should be no gossip to hurt or harm
But sweet words of kindness and charm,
No sly, cruel remark to wound or destroy,
But the sound of happy laughter and joy.
For Charity is the pure love of God above,
Filled with goodness, sympathy and love,
A hand outstretched to help all in need,
Yes, friends in words, thought and deed.
So, Relief Society sisters ever bound as one,
Remember the Master and all He has done,
Follow in His footsteps and every day we live
Always be willing of yourselves freely give.
