More poems about Temple feelings

A HOLY PLACE
The temple is a holy place, a place of peace and rest,
A place where the spirit dwells, fills those who are there
With sweet joy and by Him are truly constantly blest,
A feeling of God’s presence in the stillness of the air.

The temple is a refuge a shelter from the storms of life,
A harbour after being tempest tossed so feel peace again,
Feeling your burdens lifted, feeling free from hurt and strife,
Then your heart and soul will rejoice, you’ll be free from pain

Our dear temple is a place where I most often want to be,
Feeling tranquillity and constant love around everywhere,
The temple is part of heaven and will always set us free
From evil, showing all the way as God’s blessing we share.

Come share the temple blessings, feel His great love abound,
Come and know who walks these halls, feel of His grace,
Come, work for those departed, you may hear an angelic sound,
Then when you pass away, you will meet many a happy face.

This day a sweet tranquillity fills my heart in a special way,
There seems to be an air of rejoicing everywhere you go,
Acceptance is felt as work is done, you can hear them say
Thank you dearest friends who spent time love to show.
