TRUE REVERENCE
True reverence come deep from the heart,
Ensuring that the whole body does it’s part,
Treating other people whoever they may be
Is the start of truly being reverent to Deity.
Do we throw our litter all over the place,
So the beautiful countryside is a disgrace,
City streets look dirty but who really cares,
If we reverence nature we’ll pick up everywhere.
It is not only at church we should honour the Lord,
Reverence should be a way of life, follow His word
And treat all creatures with reverence no matter who
It may be, reverence shows we love our God so true.
Live a life of reverence, try not to be always late,
For it breaks the reverence found, changes the state
Of mind, it shows you don’t care, but we know you do,
Yes, live a life of reverence and to your God be ever true.
